1)確定減速器的公稱傳動比N
計算傳動比nn式中要求傳動比n原動機傳速,「/mn工作機轉速,「/min。
根據(jù)要求的傳動比選取接近的公稱傳動比。
2)確定減速器的公稱輸入功率P減速器的計算功率:P。=P×f,×式中:P2一起重機機構的功率,kw工作機系數(shù),根據(jù)起重機機構的載荷狀況和利用等級按表13選取,(如果對起重機的工作級別不了解,可參考《起重機設計規(guī)范》(GB3811〉附錄N
2原動機系數(shù),對電動機和液壓馬達取f2=1根據(jù)n1和Ps查表11選取減速器的型號.使P≥Ps3)校核減速器的更大轉矩門,×f

例:一合起重量為32,跨度22.5m連續(xù)裝卸用的抓斗橋式起重機,其起升機構所需靜功率為50kw,起升速度為8m/min,卷筒轉速為18.5 rimin,機構工作級別為M7,起升電動機的額定功率為60kw.轉速750r/min。試選擇速器(底座式,第Ⅲ種裝配型式,齒輪軸端)計算傳動比選=40,三級傳動2)確定減速器公稱輸入功率
